General terms of the On-line Contracting of Services.

These general terms of purchase or contracting apply to all the commercial transactions performed in our Web Page: www.barcelonaholiday.es, the title-holder of this domain is MONICA MATEU BATLLE with Corporate Tax Number (CIF) 46726836J and registered office in C/ Tarragona, 14 Bxos 3ª A, 43840 Salou (Tarragona).

The guidelines of our tour require your acceptance of the following conditions:

-Our customers have to present the ticket confirming they have paid the tour at the departure point in Barcelona. We recommend being there about 15 minutes before. The departures will be on time; a no-show will not have the right for any refund or claim.

-The designated departure times in each point will be punctual. The arrival times are approximate as they depend on the traffic.

-The company has the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstance with reasonable cause.

-Clients must follow the guide instructions along the whole tour he has the major authority to solve any possible incident.

-The company has the admission right to any client, whose inappropriate behavior disturb other members or impede the normal tour development.

-Voluntarily leaving the group or not appearing at any departure time in the tour doesn’t give any right for any refund or claim. The bus will continue with the planed route, will not wait for anybody, except in the case of an excusable incident previously reported to the guide.

-The company doesn`t accept responsibilities of anything stolen or lost during the trip.

-Clients cancellation: We will refund 100% of the total amount only if you contact the company 24 hours prior to departure date.

-In the case of a cancelation due to company decision, total amount paid will be refunded to the client.

Activity

MONICA MATEU BATLLE offers the service of excursions for only one day, where the information supplied in the Web Site: www.barcelonaholiday.es is in force at the time of the offer. MONICA MATEU BATLLE reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented in the Web Site (modifications in the products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service terms) at any time. MONICA MATEU BATLLE makes every effort within her means to offer the information contained in the Web Site in a truthful way without typographical errors. In the case that at any time, an error of this type were to occur, external at all times to the will of MONICA MATEU BATLLE, its correction shall be performed immediately. The reservations made with MONICA MATEU BATLLE are subject to Spanish legislation, and in the case of any conflict or discrepancy, the parties renounce their own jurisdiction and shall be subject to the Courts of Law and Justice of Tarragona.
